Refund & Cancellation Policy for Ignou Store

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please read the following carefully:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product is missing from the package
3. Refund Process
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Digital Products
- No refunds are applicable on digital books or downloadable content, once accessed or downloaded.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
